Ingredients
NESTLÉ - MILKMAID - Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tin (400g)
Butter
100g
Biscuits, crushed
150g
Roasted Peanuts, crushed
100g
Vanilla essence
1 tsp
Method
1.
In a pan, combine MILKMAID, butter, coarsely crushed biscuits and peanuts. Heat the mixture, stirring constantly so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
2.
After mixture gets hot, cook on medium flame till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.
3.
Remove from fire. Mix in vanilla essence and spread mixture onto a greased plate. Leave to cool.
4.
When cool, cut into 2½ ” bars and serve.
