GAJAR KA HALWA

Ingredients
NESTLÉ - MILKMAID - Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tin (400g)
NESTLÉ a+ milk
5 cups (750ml)
NESTLÉ EveryDay Ghee
2 tbsp
Carrots, grated
1 kg
Nuts / Raisins
50g
Additional sugar
to taste if required
Method
1.  Peel and grate carrots.
2.  Add grated carrots to NESTLÉ a+ milk in a karahi and bring to a boil. Cook on slow fire, stirring occasionally till milk dries up.
3.  Add MILKMAID. Cook on slow fire till dry, stirring occasionally.
4.  Add EveryDay Ghee and raisins and cook for another 10 minutes. Add sugar only for extra sweet halwa.
5.  Garnish with nuts and serve hot
