KATHI ROLLS

Ingredients
For Filling
MAGGI Oriental Chilli Garlic Sauce
4 tbsp (40g)
Eggs
2
Oil
2 tbsp.
Onions
2, sliced (1-1/2 cups)
Maida
1 tsp.
Paneer
250g, cut into small cubes
Salt
To taste
Coriander Leaves, chopped
3 tbsp.
For Dough
Maida
2 cups (160g)
Warm Water
3/4 cup (115ml)
Salt
½ tsp.
Method
1.  Prepare a dough with maida, warm water and salt. Keep it aside for later use. If the dough is hard, knead it further till soft.
2.  Beat the eggs lightly and keep aside.
3.  To make the filling, sauté onions in 2 tbsp oil till transparent. Sprinkle maida. Add the paneer,salt, coriander leaves and MAGGI Oriental Chilli Garlic Sauce. Mix well and remove from fire.
4.  Knead the dough well and divide it into eight portions. Roll out each portion into a thin chapati.
5.  Cook the chapati lightly on both sides. Spread 2 tbsp beaten egg on one side of the chapati, and allow it to set partially. Turn the chapati upside down till the egg cooks and then turn over. Place 2 tbsp of the filling and roll the chapati to form a Kathi.
6.  Remove from the tava and serve hot.
Tip
For a nutritionally balanced meal have Kathi Rolls with Kachumbar salad and Jelly Pudding for dessert.
