MINESTRONE SOUP

Ingredients
MAGGI Tangy Tomato Vegetable Soup
1 pack
MAGGI Oriental Chilli Garlic Sauce
2 ½ tbsp (30 g)
Butter
1 tbsp
Vegetables (Peas, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots), chopped
2 cups (200 g)
Paneer (chopped)
¾ cup(50g)
Water
5 cups (750 ml)
Macaroni
¼ cup (25 g)
Tomatoes (pureed)
1 cup (200 g)
Salt & Pepper
To taste
Method
1.  Melt butter in a karahi. Sauté peas, cauliflower and carrots for 1 minute. Add cabbage and paneer and saute for another ½ minute. Keep aside.
2.  Mix MAGGI Tangy Tomato Vegetable Soup properly till well dissolved in 5 cups of water.
3.  Stirring constantly, bring the soup to a boil. Add macaroni, sauteéd vegetables and pureed tomatoes to the boiling soup and cook for 5-6 minutes or till vegetables are tender and macaroni is cooked.
4.  Add MAGGI Oriental Chilli Garlic Sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
5.  Serve hot.
Tip
For a nutritionally balanced meal, serve with Cheesy Egg Toast, followed by Traffic Lights as dessert.
