Ingredients
MAGGI Magic Cube – Vegetarian Masala
2 cubes
Vegetables (carrots, beans, cauliflower), chopped
¾ cups (65 g)
Oil
1 tbsp
Cabbage, shredded
¼ cup
Green Chillies
2, chopped
Cornflour
1 tbsp
Water
3 ½ cups (350 ml)
Noodles
½ cup cooked (60gm)
Method
1.
Heat oil and fry the vegetables for 2–3 minutes. Add green chillies and cabbage and saute for a minute.
2.
Add the water and crumbled MAGGI cubes. Bring to a boil.
